Our Legacy
Houte's Caribbean Kitchen is a food truck business founded by Chef Horino 'Houte' Bailey, who was inspired by his grandfather's culinary talents in west rural St. Andrew, Jamaica. Houte has been delighting customers with his unique cooking abilities since the age of nine, and now has food trucks, operating in West Palm Beach, Coconut Creek, and Palm Beach Gardens.
