Houte's Caribbean Kitchen, known for the most authentic taste of Jamaica, is a food truck business founded by Chef Horino 'Houte' Bailey, Inspired by his grandfather's culinary talents in west rural St. Andrew, Jamaica. Houte has been delighting customers with his unique cooking abilities since the age of nine. For now for the last 10 years 'Houte's' have been regarded as best in class, with their food trucks delighting food-lovers all across Florida.
